1. How long does it take for the system work?
This varies, if you have high foot traffic along with new and different customers each day, you can see results in just a few short days.
Of course, lower volume foot traffic or a heavy flow of repeat customers can slow the accumulation of reviews and new customers. However, our system will continue to collect contact information and drive engagement from customers.

2. What is the system process or workflow?
Really very simple automation.
- Display your QR sign prominently.
- Ask every customer to give you a review.
- Customer selects 1-5 stars and provides their contact info.
- A three star review and below will terminate the review process and send you email allowing for you to respond. You can optionally set up a custom instant response to negative reviews outlining any steps to reconcile the dissatisfaction.
- A four star review and above will prompt your customer to describe more detail and direct them to leave a Google review. You can optionally set up a custom instant response offering an incentive for your customer to visit again.
- In the event that your customer abandoned the review process before leaving a positive review, your first follow-up letter can invite them to go ahead and leave a Google review. We recommend a reminder for your customers to leave a good Google review in every follow-up.
- You have complete control of additional follow-up messages including the interval at which follow-ups are sent out. This applies to both positive and negative reviews.
- As you continue to display your QR sign and ask every customer for a review, you will continue getting a steady stream of good fresh Google reviews and your email marketing list will continue to grow and grow. Ask any marketing pro and they will tell you the money is in the list!
- Monitor your visual growth chart. See your Google reviews along with a separate list of Reach Customers Online Reviews. Craft custom follow-up offers and schedules right from your Reach Customers Online Dashboard as well as print additional QR flyers and display them everywhere in your business.
